An offsite follow-up survey conducted on May 26, 2023, found that Enhabit Home Health, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on March 8, 2023.
